RYAN
owner
ryan grew up in milford, nebraska and has called Lincoln his home for over 15 years. he is married to his business parter, gina, and together they have three beautiful children, remy, greta, and roe, who bring them so much love and joy! ryan started bear electric llc in 2020 and has worked hard since then to provide lincoln and surrounding areas with excellent electrical work and customer service. ryan and gina like to spend their free time with their family and friends, doing anything and everything outdoors, going to concerts, eating cheese, and watching their favorite movies on their big comfy couch! : ) ryan's world revolves around his family and this business. he has been an electrician for over 10 years and is always developing his skill and better ways to implement his business into the community. he is the perfect leader for our crew!
SPENCER
residential journeyman/project manager
spencer went to high school in milford but has lived in lincoln for the past 15 years. he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, susie, and his three daughters, avery, lucy and reese. during the week they love to take walks and play at parks around their neighborhood. they enjoy weekends hanging with the grandparents at duncan lake or in seward. something unique about spencer is that he is not able to grow permanent teeth. his two bottom front teeth are still baby teeth at the age of 34 years old! spencer enjoys either really happy, funky songs or dark, sad songs - nothing in between. he enjoys documentaries, nonfiction and classic books. (audio books only, please - electricians can't read ;) haha) the thing spencer enjoys most about working at bear is the freedom to be himself. this is the most open, easy going group of people you could work with. spencer is always available and open to communication because he believes that being open leads to opportunity. he is an excellent problem solver and helps out wherever he is needed. spencer has been ryan's right hand man and a wonderful asset to our bear electric team!
BEN
apprentice
ben's family is from seward, ne, and he now lives in lincoln close to his brother who he enjoys spending time with. he has a beautiful wife, sara and sweet baby girl, mira! he loves cooking new things, boxing, playing golf, and the nfl.. go bears!!! he loves all kinds of music across the spectrum, and his favorite book is greenlights by matthew mcconaughey. an interesting fact about ben is he can play the ukulele - decent enough to carry a tune. ben got into electrical work because he finds it very interesting, and he is excited to make a career out of it. there are always new things to learn, and you can always grow and get better at the job, which is great for ben because he is willing to try and tackle any job that comes his way. he has great work ethic, and is always improving. also, he is a smaller guy so it's easy for him to get into the tight spaces this kind of work requires - which is a major plus!
GINA
owner/office professional
gina and ryan grew up together in milford, nebraska and have called Lincoln their home for over 10 years. they are married with three beautiful children, remy, greta and roe, who bring them so much love and joy! they started this company together in 2020 and have worked hard since then to provide lincoln and surrounding areas with excellent electrical work and customer service. they like to spend their free time with their family and friends, doing anything and everything outdoors, going to concerts, and eating cheese and watching their favorite movies on their big comfy couch! : ) gina loves working with customers to make sure they have a great experience. she is just a phone call away, if you need any assistance!
KALEN
apprentice
kalen is from good ol' seward, ne! he has a beautiful daughter "z" izley brynn with his gorgeous lady jenna. :) his hobbies are building guitar effects pedals and playing any instrument he can get his hands on. he enjoys all kinds of music and loves the movie baseketball. he already had an interest in circuitry with building effects so he quickly fell in love with his job, as well. he is so happy to have a career that he loves working with his buds! he is a loyal and hardworking individual, and we appreciate all that he does for us!
TYLER
apprentice
tyler is from valparaiso, ne. he has a sister and two half brothers. he likes to go to sporting events, play video games and hangout with friends in his free time. his favorite movie is step brothers. : ) he took an interest in becoming an electrician when he helped his grandpa install a light fixture and thought it would be a fun job to try. an interesting fact about tyler: he can solve a rubix cube in 30 seconds!!! he is able to learn any new skill that he sets his mind to which is very useful to our company! we are so glad he chose us to come and learn with!
JEREMIAH
apprentice
jeremiah is from ceresco, ne. he has four sisters and one brother, and he is the middle child. he enjoys playing basketball and video games. his family owns goats so he is great with all animals! he enjoys all music but is a big fan of the early 2000's. his favorite movie is star wars revenge of the sith. jeremiah's dad is an electrician, and he has always wanted to follow in his footsteps. he is very confident in his ability to get the job done correctly. he is pretty great at making us all laugh, too! : )
